Making complex measurement data easy to use.

We have developed a software solution for the recumbent simulator that analyzes, processes, and clearly visualizes various sensor and body data.

The goal was to use pressure readings, camera data, and individual body characteristics to create a precise basis for mattress recommendations.

This process generates 2D and 3D data, identifies relevant body areas, and visualizes them in a way that allows sleep experts to easily interpret the analysis and use it for personalized adjustments.

The 3D camera detects individual body contours and facilitates the precise analysis of relevant pressure zones.

Touchscreen for controlling the measurement and securely storing the collected data.

Sensors built into the mattress track additional metrics and help analyze your personal well-being.

The firmness level is adjusted in real time based on air pressure and optimized according to the user's body measurements.

Making physical data easy to understand

The recumbent simulator collects key data about the person lying down—including pressure distribution, height, weight, and relevant zones.

This information not only had to be processed technically, but also visualized in a way that made it easy to grasp and understand during consultations.

The challenge was to integrate various data sources—such as pressure sensors, cameras, and analytical models—and use them to create a clear, visual basis for decision-making.

Solution

We have implemented a software solution that analyzes sensor data, processes it using AI techniques based on TensorFlow, and prepares it for display on the screen.

The collected data is used to generate 2D and 3D visualizations that highlight pressure distributions, body regions, and relevant areas.

Targeted coloring clearly highlights which areas are under particular stress and which zones are important for customizing the mattress.
